Ginger's Parrot Rescue is located in Casa Grande, AZ on four acres. It is a 3500 square foot facility with an indoor atrium, enclosed flight patio, training room, quarantine room and parrot quarters. We currently house 85 birds, many are available for adoption, but most are residents, and all need constant care and human interaction. We have been a non profit since 2012, but have been in existence for since 2007. We are an all volunteer staff and have no paid employees. Due to insurance restrictions, all volunteers MUST be at least 18 years old. Our Volunteers make the difference in the lives of the parrots located in our rescue. The daily tasks are essential to improving their quality of life, and we are staffed by an all volunteer team. The daily chores are where we have the most need, and include tasks like; feeding, watering, cage cleaning, sweeping, mopping, social interaction, etc., We also have opportunities, from time to time, for people to do office work, computer work, Instagram Posts, Facebook Posts, photography, web design, and so much more.
