Willow Foundation Heartwood Center

The mission of the Willow Foundation’s Heartwood Center is to strengthen and support the Greater Hazleton Area by providing a day shelter/resource hub for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness and/or food insecurity while advocating for locally driven, collaborative solutions to end homelessness.

Willow Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Hazleton, PA. Our Heartwood Center is a day shelter open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and providing breakfast and lunch daily. We provide a safe, welcoming, resource-rich environment to those in need.
