The primary goal of the Drum Publication Group is to promote the education and preserve the cultures of children and young adults through production of Karen and Burmese Language educational materials for the displaced peoples of Burma.
The Drum Group's focus is on:
? Writing and printing high-quality educational books, teaching aids and extra-curricula materials for school. ? Translation of texts to / from both Karen and Burmese languages especially those who relevant to education. ? Establishing a library and documentation centre to preserve valuable books and documents.
