We used to supply both information and samples to help those in developing country rural areas to have some energy - heat and electricity.

But in recent years we have realised that we could do more good by sending phone money to subsistence farmers! So many are hungry for much of the year between harvests.

Our investigation of basic peasant agriculture led us eventually to the use of cover crops and especially two special legumes; Jack and Velvet beans!
