Penfield Children's Center

Penfield Children's Center is one of the leading providers of Birth-to-3 early intervention services in Wisconsin. Located at 26th and Wells Streets in Milwaukee's central city for more than 30 years, Penfield provides early intervention, special education, therapy services and child care for children with and without special needs. Services are provided in classrooms, language groups, a special care nursery for medically fragile children, and an outpatient clinic. Education and support services for parents and caregivers are also provided.
