The Basket Brigade is a special kind of annual Thanksgiving food drive that raises the opportunity for giving to a personal level. On Saturday, November 17, 2007, Basket Brigade participants will bring donated food and staple items and gather together as a group to create Thanksgiving baskets specially designated for Tri-Valley and San Francisco Bay Area residents in need. Once the baskets are assembled, participants have the opportunity to deliver the basket personally to a person or family who needs one.
