The mission of the Boulder County AIDS Project (BCAP) is twofold: to serve those who are infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and to serve as an outreach and information center to prevent the further spread of HIV. BCAP serves Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin & Clear Creek Counties.
