Travelers Aid International- Dulles Airport

Travelers Aid International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Washington DC which provides direct services to multiple airports and transportation centers, through the staffing of information desks.

Travelers Aid at Washington Dulles International Airport assists passengers and members of the airport community. Our 14 information desks and mobile guide locations are staffed by a core group of dedicated volunteers who provide guidance to travelers, visitors, and employees about the airport and the Washington metro area.
