VNA, Western Pennsylvania Hospice is a trusted, community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses. For decades, we have proudly served the residents of Western Pennsylvania with a mission to bring comfort, dignity, and peace during one of life’s most important journeys.

Our hospice team — including nurses, aides, social workers, spiritual care counselors, bereavement specialists, and volunteers — works together to provide comprehensive physical, emotional, and spiritual support. We serve patients wherever they call home — in private residences, personal care homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities — ensuring comfort and quality of life in familiar surroundings.
