The mission of CONSIDER,In the context of disasters (both the natural and man made) envisages empowered communities for reducing the impact of the disasters on their living conditions and life supporting systems.We are committed to the cause of improved quality of life of the Dalits, Adivasies, Minorities and weaker sections who are the poorest, exploited and challenged in the context of discrimination and marginalization of socio-economic, educational, cultural, technical and geographical spheres of life in India.The dedication and guiding force of CONSIDER is that the empowered people of the disadvantaged and vulnerable communities are in the mainstream of the society in process of appropriate models of development and sustained human rights.
