The mission of SOTENI International is to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS in rural Kenya and to improve the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS.

SOTENI International, based in Cincinnati, works in rural Kenya to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS & improve the lives of those affected. We work with Kenyan partners to design & implement public health interventions that create positive change for individuals & communities. SOTENI strives to share our lessons to improve understanding of & connection to our global community.
