Provide leadership development training for non-profit organizations, including churches to help them to more effectively serve their targeted communities. Competitive Advantage Program (CAP) provides hands-on supportive services for young adults, 18-26, that are having difficulty achieving goals because of barriers, including, no diploma/GED, limited work history, juvenile or adult record, transitioning foster youth. Provide training, mentors (upon request), and other supports that facilitate life change.
