Nurse-Family Partnership is a nurse home visiting program for 1st time pregnant mothers and their families and continues until the child turns 2 years old. Part-time RN needed to conduct home visits with clients in Hudson County. Nurse home visitor will have a client caseload of 13. BSN required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
