To assist all young people in reaching their full potential through Sport and Creative Activity in a caring, accepting, safe environment -- sharing enthusiasm and building respect and self-esteem through relationships. To help and educate young people, especially, but not exclusively, through their leisure time activities, to develop their physical, mental, and spiritual capacities, that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
