Greater Syracuse H.O.P.E. is an anti-poverty initiative funded through Governor Cuomo’s Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative. Since April 2019, Greater Syracuse H.O.P.E. has developed twelve unique strategic interventions that address the needs of low-income families in Syracuse. The purpose of Greater Syracuse H.O.P.E is to bring diverse residents and partners together to create H.O.P.E. and new pathways of opportunity for community members transitioning from economically deprived situations.
