Providing opportunities and environments to build bright futures.

We provide both residential services for adults with disabilities as well as day program services for adults with disabilities. Our Day Program currently serves around 130 individuals, we foster skills like self-advocacy, daily living skills, community involvement, volunteer opportunities, health and wellness and social skills. We have 3 different day program along the front range, two in Colorado Springs and one in Fort Collins.

Our House is dedicated to supporting families and individuals on their life journey. The focus is to create an atmosphere of community while offering services that ensure safety, responsibility, and independence. Our House continues to be a collaboration of many wonderful supports that give people the opportunity to grow and express themselves as the unique individuals they are.
