Misión
Oxfam Australia's vision is a just world without poverty. We envision a world in which people can influence decisions which affect their lives, enjoy their rights, and assume their responsibilities as full citizens of a world in which all human beings are valued and treated equally.
Today, there are 20 member organisations of the Oxfam International confederation and unlike other aid agencies, Oxfam is a secular, independent, non-government, not-for-profit organisation working in over 90 countries around the world. Through our network of other Oxfam agencies, we share educational and campaigning resources and cooperate in development projects and disaster relief.
