The Cara Program

The Cara Program's mission is to assist individuals who are homeless or at-risk achieve real and lasting success through comprehensive job and life skills training, permanent job placement, and critical support services. Our participants have and continue to deal with a number of societal and self-imposed barriers that prevent them from attaining self-sufficiency. This program is designed to provide the necessary training and guidance for each individual to acquire and/or refine the necessary tools to provide for themselves, their children, and their community.
