The people of Aber want to start a vocational centre were youth can learn skills in administration, finance and technical and educational fields. They want to start assisting around 40 youth, and finally teach 240 youngs. In this fashion these youths will be better prepared to enter the job market, and not fall prey to drugs, prostitution etc.
The community has donated land and is willing to help with providing labour and community support. Hopefully the Neighbours can assist with ideas, information and equipment.
The idea is to start small and then slowly grow to assist around 200 youth
