Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy

LAANE brings together community members, labor and progressive organizations to win better wages and benefits for low-wage workers through public policy and supporting union organizing. Our current work includes legislative initiatives from creating green jobs to winning living wages for hotel workers to cleaning up the waste and recycling industry. Staff includes researchers, organizers, policy analysts and administrative/financial/fundraising staff. www.laane.org
