The Neighborhood Community Development Fund is a non-profit loan fund that works throughout Allegheny County. We work with diverse group of customers, including small businesses, individual entrepreneurs, and neighborhood-based organizations. We provide loans to business startups, existing small businesses, community service organizations, real estate developers focusing on affordable housing or neighborhood commercial district revitalization. Our mission is to empower people of all races, ethnicities and socioeconomic levels to grow their businesses – revitalizing their neighborhoods and helping their communities.
