Christ Church Community Development Corporation

Christ Church CDC reaches out to people in need and initiates programs that will be a source of change and hope for people in Bergen County. We do this by practicing hospitality, building creative partnerships, marshaling resources and encouraging volunteer efforts. We seek to provide individual advocacy, guidance and mentoring; address gaps in services; and foster dignity, achievement and independence for each person we serve.

In fall 2009, CCCDC moved its operation to the new Bergen County Housing Health and Human Services Center, a collaborative effort to end chronic homelessness using a housing first model. The Center acts as a transitional center to move people from homelessness to housing by providing services like temoporary shelter, housing placement and support, a wellness program, meals and a day program.
