Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association, Inc.

Banana Kelly is a 40+ year old grassroots, community-based organization based in the South Bronx. We own and manage community-controlled housing, provide social services and organize community residents including those in our own buildings. As a mutual housing association, we believe strongly that community residents who have been historically redlined should have control over resources in their neighborhoods to fight displacement, ensure stability and restore social fabric.
