Caritas Food Bank

Caritas, Waco, TX is a 501c3 founded in 1967 as an independent, ecumenical community-based organization. The Caritas mission is to provide urgent support to people in need in the Heart of Texas community primarily through the food pantry. Caritas also provides emergency assistance for housing and clothing needs, Caritas umbrella services include SNAP Outreach, Veteran's case management in 7 counties and healthy nutrition services like healthy Pantry and Live Well Waco. The philosophy of Caritas is to move low income family "beyond hunger to hope".
