Founded in 2003, The Ecological Construction Laboratory (E-Co Lab) is a non profit entity organized exclusively for charitable purposes to: develop, research, refine, promote, and execute low income and experimental sustainable residential buildings,designs, systems, and components based on the Passive House Design Standard.
