Raba Leadership Initiative

Leaders Institute, an arm of Raba Leadership Initiative, is a non-profit leadership development organization that provides ethics based leadership training to middle and high school students. Using a student-first approach, we create and deliver engaging leadership content to develop student leaders. To ensure leadership competency, we coach students through the development, implementation and management of service projects of their choosing. Our top priority is to provide a learning environment to help students thrive as leaders.
