Our mission is to prevent and end homelessness by developing and applying innovative models that couple housing with client-centered services.

House of Hope CDC works to end homelessness in Rhode Island by providing housing to individuals and families, along with social services leading to long term housing solutions. House of Hope CDC runs innovative, personalized programs to enable homeless individuals and families to return to safe, affordable housing. Housing includes overnight and transitional shelters, group living and permanent rental homes.
