Jackson Memorial Foundation

Jackson Memorial Foundation raises fund for critical program and equipment needs at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center (UM/JMMC). The foundation's major accomplishments include the creation of the Ryder Trauma Center and the development of the Holtz Center for Maternal and Child Health, one of the largest pediatric programs in the nation.

UM/JMMC is a 1600 bed teaching hospital located in Miami, Florida. It is unique in that the same facility serves as both the teaching hospital for the UM, while at the same time it is the only public hospital, serving the indigent and underserved, in South Florida.
