Merit Partners is a true nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. As a self supporting social enterprise we work to reduce recidivism among young offenders through education, training, and preparation for release into the community. Our on the job training is supported by major defense contractors through an electronic asset reclamation business. Our system involved employees receive a fair market wage of which 80% is reserved for room and board, family support, restitution, and state and federal taxes.
