Bald Solidarity exists to spark thought about global women's rights issues and inspire bold action to see gender equality become a reality.
Bald Solidarity is a Seattle-based nonprofit founded to raise money and awareness to address global women's rights issues and the poverty and gender bias that cause them, including human trafficking, honor killings, female genital mutilation, education inequality, and maternal mortality.
We achieve our goals through a yearly head-shaving event, benefit concerts, speaking engagements, and other events.
