PDG Rehab provides both in-home and day-program services to consumers diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses that impair their ability to function independently. PDG helps consumers live independently by assisting with daily living activities, financial and entitlement management and medication monitoring and vocational training allowing consumers to contribute to their communities.
