No Barriers is a nonprofit dedicated to building a community that believes our barriers and differences unite us and make us stronger. We bring people together for common experiences centered on outdoor adventure and wellness, that stretch comfort zones, build resilience, and help people develop the mindset that What’s Within You Is Stronger Than What’s In Your Way.  Our vision is to build an inclusive world for all where barriers don't stand in the way of possibilities.  We will accomplish this through our mission to provide transformative programs and experiences that shift mindsets, create belonging, and foster self-discovery to elevate individuals and their communities.  

We serve individuals of all abilities - including youth, veterans and caregivers.  We were founded on the premise of advancing diversity, equity and inclusion and providing inclusive, accessible environments for diverse populations to build community through shared experiences, giving individuals the opportunity to transform the way they see themselves and others.  Twenty years later, this remains at the forefront of our work.
