Some calm. Some inspire. We all heal. We all breathe.

We teach power when that’s what the soul desires. We teach soul for those looking to reclaim their power. We teach the masses. And sometimes it’s messy. We teach love.

Give it up. But never give up. Give in. The compassionate frictionless flow of the universe wants to work through you. Ishvara Pranidhana. Then we receive. Then we all receive.

Yoga is not a philosophy. Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is not a spectator sport. Yoga is a classical text. It
presents a concrete situation with universal significance. Read it. Or get the audiobook. But get it.

Yoga is pushing boundaries and expanding our shared edge. Our shared breath. Our one breath. Doing yoga means living yoga. Practicing yoga means practicing justice. Ask not what yoga can do for you. Ask what you can do for yoga. The more you give the more you get. The more you get, the more you should give. Get it?
