DreamRoot Leadership Institute

DreamRoot Leadership Institute (DreamRoot), a young 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists to raise up high-capacity leaders in under-resourced communities who will be the solution to society’s most persistent problems. We envision every person, regardless of their life’s circumstances, to be given the opportunity to realize and achieve their dreams; where they are living out their fullest potential and all of society advances as a result.

Our grassroots organization identifies and partners with emerging leaders from struggling communities around the globe. Through mentorship, team building, technology training, seed investment, and our Jiu Jitsu–specific curriculum, DreamRoot fosters community-building and expands the ability of leaders to create positive social and economic impact. We believe that once a dream takes root anything is possible, and that a small local initiative can grow into a global solution.
