Horizon Housing Foundation works to support residents of affordable housing with programs and services that can help them to improve their quality of life. Horizon works with property developers, property management teams, and residents to provide or coordinate services that are tailored to meet each housing community's needs.

By focusing on the areas of education, health and wellness, and community building, Horizon helps to ensure that families have the resources they need to prosper, that elderly residents can maintain their health and independence, and that neighbors know and take care of each other. We serve residents in both rural and urban communities across the country.
