MASONS TOY BOX FOUNDATION INC

Mason’s Toy Box Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization which lends emotional, financial, and medical support to families engaged in pediatric medical life-altering struggles by offering gifts to hospitalized children (and their family members). We provide relief to families facing overwhelming emotional and financial burdens.

Our signature event is this annual holiday toy drive in memory of Mason Clark Thomas who was taken from us by Neuroblastoma at 11 yrs. old. Mason loved to give his own toys and games to kids he shared a floor with, especially if they had a painful day or received bad news. It was his nature to give to whomever he thought might need that little bit extra. To his credit, Mason’s Toy Box Foundation now serves patients residing in pediatric hospitals, hospitality houses, and even in-home care throughout Central Virginia.

This operation has grown to accept and deliver THOUSANDS of toys for children who have to call these places "home" for the holidays and requires HUNDREDS of volunteers over the last ten years.
