The Anglican Church of Saint Barnabas' Mission:
To bring us all to a consciousness of how best to follow Jesus, to find new ways to fill our pews with joyful worshippers, to serve those in need and in our community with the rich resources at our disposal, to become more tolerant and inclusive, to have no fear of challenging and changing the status quo, and to make a positive difference with Christ on our side, wherever we can.
The St. Barnabas Choir is a mixed vocal ensemble dedicated to performing sacred music from various periods, with a particular emphasis on the magnificent classical repertoire. The choir rehearses on Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and sings every Sunday at the 10 a.m. Eucharist, as well as at Christmas, Easter, and other special events. The choir also participates in the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols.
