  RADD is directed by artists who self-produce. We believe that working with others makes everyone artistically richer and more productive. We help artists navigate early career complexity by providing a low-budget and sustainable system for developing and sharing their work throughout our growing community. We strive to ground all our practices in the needs of the artist and thereby become a tool for deeper discussion, feeling, and transformation. 

       So come play with us. We can organize a reading of your new script, build a team for your project, and/or help you figure out fundraising strategies. We're here to make doing independent, artistically grounded work easier. And we are always looking for collaborators - actors, designers, lawyers, caterers - RADD is a place where you can try something new, or use what you got to do something you really love.
