Bi-Bett's mission is to serve individuals suffering from addiction. Bi-Bett was established over 50 years ago with one goal in mind. We are devoted to helping those struggling with addiction. We are a non-profit that now has programs in Solano, Contra Costa and Alameda County. Bi-Bett operates 7 Residential Programs, 2 Outpatient Programs and 5 DUI Education Programs located throughout the 3 Counties.
The Bi-Bett Mission: To provide effective and affordable human services to individuals, families and communities with alcohol and drug related problems in the belief that everyone has value and can grow through change if given one’s rightful opportunity to choose. Our goal is to create a culturally appropriate alcohol and drug-free environment in which one may experience personal and social growth.
