Developing that friendship through simple means such as going out for coffee and a chat or a walk through a local park brings hope into the world of mental challenges. Simply by being a friend assists with increasing ones outlook on life who is struggling. Your friendship helps to lessen self-isolation while increasing trust and self-esteem.
