We advance this mission by conducting rigorous research, piloting innovative models, and scaling evidence-based solutions that strengthen pathways to opportunity.

Our work brings together policy advocacy, employer engagement, data-driven insights, and community-led collaboration to eliminate structural barriers within the labor market. By partnering with stakeholders across sectors, we help build systems that are more inclusive, responsive, and effective for people historically excluded from economic opportunity.

As we continue to grow, IEJI is expanding its focus from national workforce systems change to playing a more direct role in shaping Florida's workforce transformation. Through this transition, we remain committed to advancing equitable practices supporting justice-impacted talent, and driving systems change that benefits individuals, employers, and communities statewide.
