Northern Area Multi Service Center

It began in 1968 with just one company - - Sharpsburg Community Center, which was to become the Northern Area Multi-Service Center of Allegheny County (The Center). Today there are five companies that form a Human Service Network providing a variety of needed programs and services to thousands of people each year. Collectively, the Northern Area Companies.

Our Mission To help individuals and families who are at risk achieve and/or maintain the maximum level of independence they can, with the highest "quality of life," in a result oriented, cost-effective manner.
