Occupational Safety & Health Law Project

The OSH Law Project is a non-profit legal group whose goals is to increase safety and health projections for workers by providing legal advice and support to workers and their representatives so they can more effectively exercise their rights. The OSH Law Project does this by providing general legal advice on safety and health issues, intervening or otherwise participating in significant appellate litigation on safety and health issues, and by advocating before federal and state agencies on behalf of workers.
