Grupo Ecológico Las Bromelias

Grupo Ecologico Las Bromelias was founded 11 years ago to protect the environment and to ensure the conservation of the last remaining virgin rainforest in the region.

We are encorporating an ecotourism program into our conservation efforts in order to provide financial resources for our families and improve our quality of life here in rural Costa Rica.

In our eco-lodge we host groups of students, biologists, researchers and other tourists. We serve organic food from our own gardens, and offet tours to thermal waters and the crater of the Rincon de la Vieja volcano with local guides.
