At Direction Home, we are a private non-profit organization that helps older adults and people with disabilities thrive in the places they want to call home. We focus on the person, not the problem. As the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, we protect consumer rights and ensure that residents in long-term care facilities receive the best care possible. We assist with investigating complaints and concerns, advocate for quality of life, and assist with choices.
