The U.E.O.Q Group believes it is never too early to prepare for a successful future. We are a professional mentoring organization that has built its principals on values, character, integrity, and truth. Our mentors come from all walks of life. Whether they had difficulties in grade school such as having to deal with teenage pregnancy, substance abuse, gang activity, personal issues within the home or difficulties in secondary, college, post-graduate education and/or difficulties on the job, each mentor agrees that education is essential in today’s rapidly growing but changing world. In addition, each mentor is committed to helping our mentees avoid the pitfalls that often derail young lives. The U.E.O.Q Group is more than a one-on-one mentoring program. Youth and mentors participate in intensive, growth-focused activities that foster life success skills. We focus on building healthy relationships, developing positive insights, and striving to develop within our youth all needed skills for success in a rapidly changing and fast paced world. We carefully and positively train our mentors to coach, establish and keep proper boundaries, and build our youth into productive individuals.
