The NIH Recreation and Welfare (R&W) Association serves as an employee-services organization that provides affordable, top-quality and well-directed services and programs that are diversified, beneficial, and focused on enhancing the health and well-being of the NIH staff, patients, patients’ families, and the NIH and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) communities. The NIH R&W team of dedicated and hard working employees and volunteers accomplishes this mission by providing and offering their communities a variety of retail, fitness, leisure and charity fundraising activities.
