In operation for 30 years, serving low-income tenants in San Francisco, THC seeks to preserve and stabilize low-income housing in the Tenderloin and surrounding communities. With over 240 full time employees, THC is San Francisco's leading provider of legal services to low-income tenants and operates the City's largest permanent supportive housing program for single, formerly homeless adults. THC strives to enhance the quality of life of our tenants and the Tenderloin community through civic engagement, advocacy, case management, money management, well-maintained buildings and rental subsidy programs.
