The Three Jewels

Three Jewels is a place of refuge. We seek to create a school, a space and sanctuary for yogis, meditators, and all those seeking to develop their capacity to be more loving, kind, and joyful. Students come to Three Jewels for insight, for good company, for healing. We seek to help New Yorkers change their lives through learning dharma, meditation, and yoga–practices and teachings that help us to be more compassionate, more capable of achieving our spiritual goals.
