The Carter & Olay Foundation, Inc.

The Carter & Olay Foundation, Inc. is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) that brings financial literacy education to children in underserved communities. Working with schools and community partners, the Foundation delivers WealthWise Kids programs at no cost to families so every child can learn how money works before the stakes are real.

We work with schools, districts, and community organizations to introduce practical financial education to children early, and we measure whether it changes how they make decisions. Programs are delivered under license from WealthWise Kids LLC and provided at no cost to schools and families.

The Foundation was founded by Michael Olaiya, an Atlanta entrepreneur and educator who builds education technology that measures how children learn to make financial decisions, and who co-founded a tuition-free public charter school in Atlanta.
